The food was amazing with a large variety. Servers were very attentive. I was given an amazing room facing Kowloon with a amazing view.

I noticed the gym equipment needed some maintenance. Some treadmills were out of service!

i found the staff helpful and kind throughout my stay. the room was spacious and very clean. the comfy beds ensured restful nights.

i found getting around from the location a bit difficult without taxis.

great breakfast friendly staff convenient location

the breakfast had a fantastic variety of choices, including asian foods from different countries! the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location is very convenient, right next to the convention center.

the efficiency of service needs improvement. after i checked out, the room deposit wasn't immediately refunded to my card. i've contacted the hotel, but haven't received a response yet, it is really not very practical!

the staff at the grand cafe were attentive to my children. gaby and christie. the rooms had a sizeable layout. they were neat and accessible. the service made things happen when we needed something.

ideal location consistent kindness breakfast buffet

the location was ideal for accessing the exhibition center. the staff consistently showed kindness and helpfulness. the breakfast buffet offered excellent quality and variety. the pool area provided a fantastic space for relaxation.

the room deposit refund took a longer time than expected. i contacted the hotel, but the response was delayed. it seems the refund process requires 7-10 working days, quite extended.
